Brian Kavanagh (Gaelic footballer)

Brian Kavanagh is a Gaelic football player for his native Longford and at club level for Kilmacud Crokes of Dublin. From Ardagh in Longford, he transferred to Kilmacud in 2008. He won the Dublin Senior Football Championship with Kilmacud in October 2008 at Parnell Park. Kavanagh scored two points in the final against St Oliver Plunketts Eoghan Ruadh. He scored a total of 016 in the 2008 Dublin Championship. Kavanagh went on to win the AllIreland senior club football championship with Kilmacud. Kavanagh was named as the 2010 Evening HeraldDublin Bus Dubs stars footballer of the year and was later named as the Leinster club footballer of the year.
